As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers operates under a patient-majority governing board of directors. This means more than half of board members are patients, directly reflecting the populations we serve. The board helps shape the policies and decision making of the Health Center to ensure the future of the organization acts in the best interest of our patients and community.
