Virtual Visits are a safe and secure way to receive the care you need, wherever you may be. Connect with your provider through video appointments on your smartphone, computer or tablet. Virtual Visits are available for our Medical and Behavioral Health departments.
A Virtual Visit is a secure way of connecting with your Medical or Behavioral Health provider for an appointment, without having to come into the health center for an appointment. Virtual Visits are provided by video through Healow, your patient portal application.
Virtual Visits require you to have a Scenic Bluffs' Patient Portal account. You must also have an internet-connected device with a camera, speakers and a microphone, such as your smartphone, tablet or computer.
You can join your Virtual Visit by following the text or email link you receive from Scenic Bluffs, by logging into your patient portal, or by downloading the Healow app.
You can schedule an appointment for a Virtual Visit by calling Scenic Bluffs at 608-654-5100.
Appointment information and/or access links will be sent to you prior to your appointment. Information will be sent by email, text and/or your patient portal.
10 minutes prior to your appointment, follow the link provided to you via email or text message to access the appointment. You can also access your appointment by logging into your patient portal. Your provider will join the appointment at its scheduled time.
