Our Patient Access Coordinators, known as our Help Team, can work with you on a variety of social support needs. These include appointment transportation needs, prescription drug programs, enrollment in health insurance plans (BadgerCare, Marketplace) and our Healthy Neighbor Plan sliding-fee scale program. Additionally, our Help Team can connect you with local resources if you are in need (FoodShare, energy costs, housing assistance, etc.). These services are free and available to everyone.
