Dr. Tettey graduated dental school in Ghana in 2012, working a few years before relocating to the U.S. His passion for improving the health of the community and better understanding how to bridge the health inequality gap was the driving force behind his MPH degree. Dr. Tettey enrolled in UIC’s foreign trained dentists’ program where he obtained his DMD degree. Dr. Tettey is a member of the American Dental Association and the Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Tettey enjoys practicing general dentistry, but has special interest in preventive care, restorative dentistry and oral surgery. Dr. Tettey’s passion is to ensure that everyone has access to quality oral health care.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Tettey enjoys spending time with his family and loves family vacations, especially family road trips. He also enjoys playing and watching soccer. He spends his free time gardening and cooking.
