Teresa Nundahl, MS, LPC

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Winona State University, Teresa worked as a Certified Social Worker providing case management services to the homeless population, individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, victims of domestic violence and the geriatric population.  Teresa received her Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University and has worked in Community Mental Health and in the Outpatient setting.  Teresa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of WI and IA and holds a National Counselor Certification.  Teresa’s professional affiliations include the American Counseling Association and the America Psychological Association.  She has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and is a trained EMDR therapist.   

Teresa practices from a strengths-based approach with a focus on self-compassion.  She works with the adult population and has particular experience working with the geriatric population.  Teresa has experience treating depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders and stress.  

Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, boating, walking and reading.
