until 2:00 p.m., April 23, 2026, after which they will be opened privately. Bids received after the
time set for receipt of bids will not be accepted.
In general, the Project consists of renovation of a portion of an existing building to provide healthcare services. The renovated portion of the building will maintain business occupancy. Facility construction work includes concrete slab patching for under slab utilities, steel stud and gypsum partitions, architectural wood casework, firestopping, wood doors with hollow metal frames, aluminum storefront, cubicle curtains, and toilet room accessories. Finishes include acoustic ceiling tile, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, tile carpet and interior painting. Facility services including fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical are included in the project as design-build by the Contractor. Facility services include fire protection, plumbing for sinks and toilet rooms, duct and distribution devices, electrical power, lighting, and access controls.
Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK. The Project Drawings, Project Manual and other Bidding Documents may be examined at the
