Position Overview

Our medical department is expanding and we are recruiting a motivated, purpose driven MD or DO to join our team of physicians and APNPs. Work a 4- or 5-day work week with 10% office time, a generous salary and benefits package, optional hospital work and student loan repayment eligibility.   

Our Family Medicine Providers practice collaboratively in an outpatient-only integrated care setting, with dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, complementary medicine, and interpreters on site. Scenic Bluffs prioritizes a learning environment; Providers have the opportunity to precept learners on site.

In addition to being practicing clinicians, Family Medicine Providers actively collaborate in quality improvement, community health promotion, and staff development activities including documentation, standards development, scheduling review activities, and professional orientation/training/education for clinical staff.

Scenic Bluffs provides services to patients across the Driftless and Coulee regions. From rolling hills and valleys, to flowing rivers and streams, our region draws in outdoor enthusiasts with unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities.

Scenic Bluffs is surrounded by smaller communities where we know our neighbors, have highly ranked school districts and an abundance of year round outdoor recreation activities. Commutes are filled with jaw-dropping views, seldom with heavy traffic other than the occasional farm equipment or Amish buggy.

Our area has access to excellent dining and entertainment choices-and sits within 3 hours of 3 major metropolitan airports. We are located 22 miles from the Mississippi River in La Crosse, WI; 2 hours west of Madison, less than 3 hours from the Twin Cities and Milwaukee.
