Our Patient Access Coordinators, known as our Help Team, can help you with locating, understand and enrolling in health insurance. They offer free services for enrollment in Wisconsin Medicaid (BadgerCare) and Marketplace (ACA/Obamacare) health insurance.

Marketplace (ACA) Insurance

Open enrollment dates: November 1, 2023 - January 16, 2024

People who lack health insurance or are already in a Marketplace plan can go to HealthCare.gov to submit or update their application, or call 1-800-318-2596.

For free enrollment assistanace, schedule an appointment with a Help Team member at Scenic Bluffs.

Medicaid (BadgerCare) Insurance

Enrollment is available at any time. Re-enrollment should take place the month of your renewal date.

Wisconsin Medicaid (also known as BadgerCare) is a program that helps residents great access to high-quality health care coverage and other services the promote physical and mental health and well-being.

Apply at Access.wi.gov or call 1-888- 794-5556. For assistance, schedule an appointment with a Help Team member at Scenic Bluffs for free enrollment assistance.
