When you establish care with us, you will be asked to choose a primary care provider. Each primary care provider is supported by a team who works to coordinate your care and assist you in managing and improving your health. It is important that you keep us informed of any changes in your personal health history, medications, family medical history, and abilities you have in following your care plan and recommendations.
Hours vary by location—call for specifics.
What procedures and tests do you perform on site?
The tests and procedures we use are as varied as the many patients our providers treat each month. Scenic Bluffs combines knowledge with the latest protocols and treatments to successfully treat every patient.
What happens if I need to see a specialist or have a procedure or test that is not available at the health centers?
We will make referrals for you to other local healthcare providers and facilities as needed. Our staff will ask you to share your most convenient and preferred appointment times. The facility that provides the specialty care or testing will bill you for the services they provide. We will obtain reports of those tests or visits and your Scenic Bluffs’ primary care provider will use this information to advise you and help you develop your personal plan of care. It is possible that your primary care provider will speak with your specialty care provider if necessary.
