This full-time, benefit eligible position primarily works at the main Health Center in Cashton, but local travel is required. Qualified applicants must have earned a high school diploma. As associate or undergraduate degree in social or human services is desired. Help team members act as a patient relations representative by assisting individuals with State and Federal health insurance applications, identify resources (food, transportation, housing) that someone may need and link them to those resources, review and assist individuals with paperwork on a wide variety of benefit programs and help with other concerns. Help Team staff advocate for Scenic Bluffs by attending our outreach meetings and groups to promote our services and programs and to support our communities in improving the social factors that impact health. Dental Assistant

Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers has an available position for a  16 hour per week Dental Assistant working Mondays and Wednesday. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma, a diploma from a Dental Assisting program or experience is also preferred. The candidate must also be able to perform routine dental assistance procedures, deal effectively and reassuringly with patients, maintain required equipment in good working condition. Dental Office Director

 Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers is looking for a seasoned manager who can step into the role of Dental Office Director in our busy dental practices in Cashton and Viroqua. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. Candidates must possess a high school diploma. The ideal candidate will have certification as a dental assistant, be licensed as a dental hygienist, or have significant experience in a dental practice. Other managerial experience will be considered. The candidate must be able to successfully manage a team of diverse individuals, assure appropriate patient schedules are maintained, dental supplies are in stock and work closely with others in leadership to implement the strategic direction of dental services at Scenic Bluffs. The position also requires a CPR certification.

 

In tandem with the Dental Quality Director (our dentist team leader), other duties include:

  • Oversight of all dental staff operations including the interviewing, hiring and onboarding of all new dental team members.
  • Development and implementation of projects, policies and procedures within dental.
  • Ensure both sites are appropriately and adequately staffed at all times.
  • Lead staff communication including weekly emails, monthly dental team meetings, and daily connections with dental team members

Billing Associate and Coder

Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers is looking for a Billing Associate and Coder. This is a full-time benefit eligible position. Qualified candidates must possess a Health Information Technology or Health Information Management degree is desired or two years of experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Significant knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical medicine knowledge to ensure proper code selection is preferred. Certification in one of the following medical coding required: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Coding Associate (CCA) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). An Associate degree in business or equivalent form a two year college or technical school; or have three to five years related experience and/or training in health care billing and patient accounts. Behavioral Health Counselor

Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers has an available position for a Behavioral Health Counselor. Qualified applicants must possess a Master's Degree in mental health or related field and must have active license in the state of Wisconsin and we prefer candidate have one year of experience providing individual, couple and/or family therapy. Facilities Assistant





Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers has an open position for a Facilities Assistant. This position is part-time (limited hours per week) with flexible hours based upon individual availability, knowledge, and organizational workload. Individuals must have a high school diploma. Some travel between sites may be required. Duties include but are not limited to: monthly maintenance of equipment, minor repairs, moving misc. items between buildings, maintaining facilities (lighting, winter sidewalks etc.) and other duties as assigned. Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers has an available position for a General Dentist. Qualified applicants should be either a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.D.M.) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.).
